Always having wellness as a hobby, she became certified in nutrition after she herself healed from her own battles with chronic pain and food allergies. Getting on the Right Path


The first session with Jennifer will be an hour long assessment of the client’s concerns in order of priority, in which through discovery, she will help you create a plan for holistic wellness; which includes diet, supplements, course of action and physical/emotional blocks.


The following sessions are 30 minutes and are check ins about progress and defining the charting out specifically the next step to the healing process.
