Soma offers a diverse array of group training classes available to all members. We pride ourselves on a professional and supportive atmosphere. You can count on trainer and instructors being knowledgable, helpful and mindful of your fitness and goals.
Our schedule is expansive but changes to accommodate our member and seasonal considerations. Here is our current program offering.
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
High energy, fast paced workout that focuses on cardio endurance and overall core strength set to beats sure to get your heart pumping and keep you motivated. 55 minutes of bodyweight cardio exercises teamed with core strengthening movements that will have you sweating and burning calories in no time.
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. In this class you will learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.
Vinyasa classes use the flowing vinyasa movement of ashtanga yoga, but uses variety of postures to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. Come along and discover just how good yoga can make you feel!
Train like a boxer whether just for fitness or hopes to get into a ring! With this intense aerobic and anaerobic activity, participants are sure to feel the burn. Beginner friendly.
Suspension training body weight exercises. This class develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Full body workout that targets all major muscle groups.
Intense cardio training.Tempo, sprint, rolling hills, and mountain climbs designed to work your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds while focusing on maintaining a challenging pace and resistance on hills. This interval class is sure to burn up those calories.
High-intensity, full-body workout that targets the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. Circuit-style routines that jumpstart cardio fitness, while toning. Weekly challenges and endurance races are also combined in this class to pack a powerful punch.
Lower Body Blast
A 55 minute class that focuses on strengthening and firming your glutes (butt) and flattening your mid-section to achieve that six pack and Brazilian butt you’ve always wanted!
Cycle + Circuit
30 minute cycle ride followed by 30 minutes of strength work in the boxing room. This class combines the elements from Studio Cycling and a Strength class. This class is sure to whip you into shape in no time
The best of both worlds. Strength and flexibility training combining the basics combining Step class and a Strength class. You won’t be disappointed.
TRX + Circuit
This class combines suspension training and strength training with TRX, kettle bells and dumbbells along with blasts of cardio intervals and core exercises. This total body workout will keep you wanting more and is sure to shed those unwanted pounds
